House Wash NZ operates as an independently owned and managed business. Each of our specialists is trained to the highest industry standards, ensuring professional workmanship and outstanding results on every job.
 

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, we will return to address the issue. If the problem remains unresolved, you will not be charged for the unsatisfactory portion of the service.

All House Wash NZ staff undergo comprehensive background checks (criminal, credit, traffic, and references) before being engaged. Our team members wear official House Wash NZ uniforms, carry photo ID, and maintain full insurance cover for your protection.

Terms and Conditions of Trade

By accepting a Quote issued by House Wash NZ (the “Quote”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 

1. Scope of Services

   • House Wash NZ will perform the services specified in the Quote (“Services”).

   • All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
      

2. Customer Obligations

   • You must provide reasonable access and accurate information necessary for us to perform the Services.
      

3. Payment

   • Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   • Preferred payment methods are the secure “Pay Now” link on your invoice or direct bank transfer.

   • Overdue payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, until paid in full.
      

4. Default & Recovery

   • If payment is not made, you will indemnify House Wash NZ for all costs incurred in recovery, including solicitor–client costs and collection agency fees.

   • House Wash NZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
      

5. Variations & Additional Work

   • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

   • Any unforeseen work or additional materials required will be charged separately after consultation with you.
      

6. Ownership of Goods

   • Any goods or materials supplied remain the property of House Wash NZ until paid for in full.

   • Risk passes to you upon delivery.
      

7. Liability

   • While we exercise all reasonable care, House Wash NZ accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit.

   • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services.

   • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
      

8. Consumer Guarantees

   • Where Services are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

   • Where you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain unaffected.
      

9. General Provisions

   • Invalid or unenforceable provisions will not affect the remainder of these Terms.

   • These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.

   • House Wash NZ reserves the right to amend these Terms with notice.
